Getting The Most Out Of Your Fantasy Football Draft
One of the most important steps you will take if you have decided to play fantasy football this year is drafting your team; after all – even though you will be able to add players to and drop players from your team during the season – the draft will form the core of your team, and it will go a long way in determining how your season turns out. Even if you are a long-time veteran of fantasy football, it can be easy to mess up in your draft, and this is why it is so important to make sure you know the steps that you should take to ensure that you get the most out of your fantasy football draft.
First off, you need to make sure you know the scoring rules of your league, as this will make a big difference in the manner in which you draft; if your league uses standard scoring, your running back will be your most important position, but if you play in a “points per reception” league, your receivers will be worth more, and if you play in a league that rewards quarterbacks more freely, the difference between a “good” and a “great” quarterback will be much more significant. Learn how to become a fantasy football champion! Of course, even if your league happens to not use standard scoring, there is still a good chance that running back is the most important position in your league, so you will want to make sure you realize that it is better to draft a good running back than a good player at another position! And finally, realize that many players get into the later rounds and have a tendency to pick up veterans (that is, names they are familiar with!) who are on their last leg, but you can get an advantage over your competitors by attempting to draft high-risk, high-reward guys – specifically targeting young, unproven players. It is practically unavoidable that some of these picks will end up being a bust, there is always the chance you will stumble upon a piece of gold that will carry you through the rest of the season! As a parent, you want to be able to have days with your family on which everyone can have fun – days that everyone will remember for a long time to come – but it can sometimes be difficult to corral everyone in the family together, and to make one of these days a success. Here are some tips and ideas you can consider keeping in mind if you are a parent looking for ways to make memorable afternoons with your family.
Plan a time: As your children get older, and as everyone in your family deals with different schedules and responsibilities, it can be difficult to get everyone together on the same day, which is why you will not usually be successful if you are trying to make a memorable afternoon with your family by “being spontaneous.” If there is one day a week on which everyone has an open schedule (perhaps a Sunday afternoon), you can set this day aside as ‘family day,’ but if not, you should look for opportunities – at least once a month – when all the members of your family will be able to find the time in their schedules to all spend time together. Check out the Ultimate Family Organizer! Plan the day: Although it is certainly fun already for everyone to be together, you can still have a tough time keeping everyone together if you go into the day without a plan; have some sort of games or activities planned for the day, sandwiched around dinner and dessert, and you should have no problem keeping everyone around! Go with the flow: When it comes to your family day, you need to make sure you are not acting as a dictator; after all, you want to have fun with your family on an afternoon when everyone is together, but you also want them to feel like it is ‘fun’ and not an obligation. When you set aside a day to make sure everyone will be there, plan the day so that everyone is not simply sitting around, and go with the flow to allow the day to develop in whatever manner it develops, you will have the foundation laid for a memorable afternoon with your family! If your summer is looking like it will include a fun beach vacation this year, you are probably already looking forward to all the things you will do during the day while you are on this vacation, but one thing you might not have thought about is what you will do at night. When it comes to a beach vacation, most people tend to immediately think of swimming in the ocean and soaking up rays of sunlight, they often forget to pay attention to the fact that a large chunk of the day will also be night, and because of this, you will be able to make your beach vacation a whole lot more fun if you also have things planned for the nighttime!

Best Snorkel Spots In Florida
One of the most pleasant and relaxing ways to enjoy the ocean is to snorkel, as snorkeling allows you to truly immerse yourself in the endless beauty of a coral reef, without forcing you to go through all the hoops required to get out there with scuba gear. When snorkeling comes to mind, most people think of some of the famous snorkeling spots from around the world - such as the Greek islands, or the Great Barrier Reef in Australia – but if you live in the United States, you should know that there is also great snorkeling here, and some of the best snorkeling in the States can be found in Florida!
John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park: The entire “State Park” in question is located underwater, as it encompasses one of the most beautiful and thriving coral reefs in the country; every day, you have three opportunities to take a boat out to the reef (the cost is $27), and you can pass as much time as you want exploring the beautiful world under the surface of the water! Biscayne National Park Homestead: If you are wanting to go to a place that is not quite as busy as John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (after all, it is by no means a “hidden gem”!), check out Biscayne National Park Homestead, which offers a daily boat trip to the reef at 1:30 PM (cost of $35), and which also offers picnic and grilling areas on the shore – a truly great experience for the whole family! Coral Cove Park: Believe it or not, one of the best snorkeling spots in Florida is not a reef at all; Coral Cove covers two acres, and is a limestone-boulder artificial reef that was designed in order to attract tropical fish; not only has the experiment worked, but it has been a smashing success at that, and the impossibly clear water makes it a beautiful place to explore! You can certainly find great snorkeling all around the world, but remember that there are also great places to visit (and snorkel at) in the States – and some of the best of these options are right there in Florida!
